Die Mantaplatte

Woher kommt der Name?
Ein Opel Manta ist ein Sportcoupé, das von der deutschen Automarke Opel zwischen 1970 und 1988 hergestellt wurde. Es gab zwei Generationen des Modells, den Manta A und den Manta B, die beide auf der Plattform der Opel Ascona Limousine basierten. Der Manta war ein Konkurrent des Ford Capri und wurde auch als Kombi-Coupé mit dem Namenszusatz CC angeboten. Der Manta wurde mit verschiedenen Vierzylinder-Benzinmotoren ausgestattet, die zwischen 1,2 und 2,4 Liter Hubraum hatten. Einige Modelle hatten auch eine Einspritzung oder einen Turbolader. Der Manta war in Deutschland sehr beliebt und wurde auch in anderen Ländern wie den USA verkauft. Er erlangte auch Kultstatus durch den Film “Manta, Manta” aus dem Jahr 1991, in dem Til Schweiger die Hauptrolle spielte.
bunte Bentheim Landschwein
Das bunte Bentheim Landschwein ist eine alte Schweinerasse, die aus der Grafschaft Bentheim und dem Emsland stammt. Es hat über den ganzen Körper verteilt größere schwarze Flecken auf grauem, weißem oder hellrosa Grund. Es ist eine fruchtbare, genügsame und stressresistente Rasse, die gute Muttereigenschaften hat. Das Fleisch des bunten Bentheim Landschweins ist sehr saftig und geschmackvoll, da es einen hohen Speck- und Fettanteil hat. Das bunte Bentheim Landschwein war in den 1950er-Jahren sehr beliebt, geriet aber danach fast in Vergessenheit, da mageres Fleisch gefragter wurde. Heute ist es vom Aussterben bedroht, aber es gibt einen Verein zur Erhaltung der Rasse, der sich für die Zucht und Vermarktung des Fleisches einsetzt .
