We have a travel cot in the hotel for families with a small child.

Simply call us on +49 (0) 5925 255 and book your room with a travel cot.

We charge a surcharge of 10 euros for the travel cot. The travel cot can only be booked by telephone.

Please pay for your room in the restaurant the evening before your departure. You will find an overview of our accepted payment methods HERE

You can arrive from 3 pm.

If you arrive after 10 pm, please inform us and we will leave your key at the hotel reception.

Check-out should take place after breakfast, at the latest by 10 am. At weekends, check-out is until 11am.

If you have noticed a defect, we look forward to hearing from you.

Our local bike dealer offers bike hire in Wietmarschen. We offer e-bikes (pedelecs) and classic bikes.

Bikes can be brought directly to the hotel on request. Early booking is necessary. Please discuss your reservation request directly with the bike dealer.

You will find the fitness room on the 2nd floor. Use the stairs next to the breakfast room.

The fitness room may be used between 10 am and 10 pm.

In our Fitness room you will find various strength and endurance machines.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Our buffet is available in the breakfast room. You will find the breakfast room on the ground floor in the centre of the hotel.

Tuesdays to Fridays from 6:30 to 10:00 am,
on public holidays and at weekends from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
and Mondays individually, please let us know your preferred time.

In the entrance area, in front of the breakfast room, there is a vending machine with chilled drinks. Each drink costs €2.00.

The main entrance is open 24 hours a day. The side entrances can be opened from the outside with the key card.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.

When you leave your room, don't forget your key card. On departure, please return the key card to reception.

The sauna and infrared cabin are located on the 2nd floor. Use the stairs next to the breakfast room.

The sauna must be pre-booked. Simply contact us or book in advance by telephone.

We charge €10.00 per hotel guest for use of the sauna.

You can use the infrared heat cabin for 30 minutes for €5.00. There is a coin slot next to the heat cabin.

Cancellations and curtailments are possible free of charge.

If you would like to use the option of a free cancellation or shortening, please inform us immediately via e-Mail, Telephone: or via the booking page from which your reservation was made. Reservations made via booking.com can only be cancelled via booking.com.

In the event of no-shows without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the accommodation costs.
